I inspected SUSE's rpm package. They use $RPM_BUILD_ROOT. I would be better
to keep everything in a standard. I will fix it. I slowly getting fimiliar
with Openwall's standarts. Sorry for this.

Then I saw the SUSE's package. They put them together. Wiper can be put
into seperate package. It is a just script. I only copy this script. Also
wiper script can be found in hdparm's source.
