  IIUC, the package is called maatkit(http://www.maatkit.org). It used to be 
an independent collection of MySQL tools. Percona folks acquired it a while 
ago.

   # yum info maatkit.noarch

I'm not sure if maatkit includes tools from Percona Toolkit too.
