Message-ID: <4BA97612.4070500@kernel.sg> Date: Wed, 24 Mar 2010 10:16:50 +0800 From: Eugene Teo <eugeneteo@...nel.sg> To: oss-security@...ts.openwall.com Subject: kernel: bluetooth: Fix kernel crash on L2CAP stress tests Heads-up, I believe this fix addresses a security-relevant issue. See upstream commit c2c77ec8. It was introduced in commit f2fcfcd6 (v2.6.32-rc1). I did not request a CVE name for this since it did not affect any of our supported Red Hat kernels. http://git.kernel.org/linus/c2c77ec83bdad17fb688557b5b3fdc36661dd1c6 http://git.kernel.org/linus/f2fcfcd670257236ebf2088bbdf26f6a8ef459fe https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=576433 If it affected your commercially supported kernel, please request a CVE name. Thanks. Eugene
