this seems to be new for gcc-14 and not present in any
released version of gcc, so in principle gcc can be
changed.

we just have to make sure whatever is committed in musl
is compatible with whatever that gets released in gcc-14
also backport that change to gcc-13 and gcc-12 which
currently have a broken dynamic linker spec:
