note, the new names must match gcc, which seems to be the case:

https://gcc.gnu.org/git/?p=gcc.git;a=blob;f=gcc/config/loongarch/gnu-user.h;h=9616d6e8a0b8629720a844fd0122dafef682a4cb;hb=HEAD#l36

they do *not* match the names in the cited abi document:

https://loongson.github.io/LoongArch-Documentation/LoongArch-ELF-ABI-EN.html#_program_interpreter_path

(uses /lib64/..-loongarch-.. instead of /lib/..-loongarch64-..)

the diff looks good.
