Once again, most importantly you need to focus the search on candidate passwords that are actually likely given what you recall about the RAR archive password. That said, if you haven't done so yet, I suggest that you start with the RockYou list, which will complete (given the speeds you posted) perhaps in 2 hours: https://wiki.skullsecurity.org/Passwords (Given that RAR password cracking is so sensitive to password lengths, sorting/grouping the wordlist by length would likely improve speeds, but I guess is tricky for you to do.
