As you can see, your NVIDIA GPU is a lot faster than your CPU (and than your
embedded GPU too, per my benchmarks).  With this, trying to also fully use
the CPU and embedded GPU shouldn't be your highest priority.

So I suggest that you start by figuring out and maybe sharing whatever you
know/recall about the password, then attempt focused attacks.

You might also want to look into and try to maximize GPU utilization.
I am surprised your GPU isn't at nearly full utilization for a small RAR
archive.  I'd start by seeing how NVIDIA tools report the utilization.

I suggest that you also copy-paste in here a few lines showing your running
session (starting with "Loaded ..." and including a status line displayed
upon a keypress).
