Is this the "official" binary build? Are you using an unmodified
keyboard mode?

1. Try adding -enc:cp1252 just to see if there is any difference. You
could try -enc:utf8 too for that matter. They use different key setup
functions.
2. Try using -format=nt instead and see if there is any difference.
3. Try putting just the bare hashes on their own in a file (if that is
not already the case) and use that file instead.

Please report back.
