Subject: CI

Paint is drying way faster than CircleCI runs a single raw format with
pure self-test (no benchmark). I'm not impressed.

Are we even trying anything else than --test=0 on any of the build bots
now? First, running a proper --test is actually a completely different
code path, mind you. And second, WTF? How can a --test=0 run take a full
minute to complete PER FORMAT on any hardware in the the entire universe
these days? They must be so very over-taxed we should consider ditching
them completely (and yes that's when they'll considering improving).

And going back in my windings of thoughts that's why I'd want to see a
real --test run. The "virtual" figures would be, well, somewhat interesting.
