Let's not forget that strictly speaking there's no SHA-3 yet. We know
it will be Keccak, but we don't know the details reliably yet. The
Wikipedia page on SHA-3 is still careful enough to give the test vectors
for four flavors of "Keccak" and not "SHA-3".

So let's call it Keccak and not SHA-3 in JtR for now.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHA-3

"As of May 2013, NIST has not yet updated Secure Hash Standard (SHS) for
SHA-3. Content of this article are subject to change once the final
standard is published (draft expected 2013 Q3, final - 2014 Q2)."

"Note: Pending the standardization of SHA-3, there is no specification
of particular SHA-3 functions yet."

Lukas - please make sure Daniel does not over-spend time on this task,
since his main GSoC project is different.

Thanks,

Alexander
