Subject: Mulit-gpu using claudio's interfaces

Hi Claudio,magnum,

I think I am not on the same page as everyone else regarding the ocl_gpu_id
and device_id in common-opencl.h.

Caludio, I see you have provided two functions to translate the sequential
id(s) to platform and device id(s). But I guess the
devices[],ques[],contexts[],program[] are indexed by ocl_gpu_id ,right ? If
so you don't seem to have provided any function to transform the sequential
id(s) to ocl_gpu_id. Am I supposed to calculate that internally in the
format ? If yes, then please provide the math.

Also I see that the -device option begins from 0. I think Frank and magnum
suggested it should start from 1. Anyways, it is not a big issue I guess.

Regards,
Sayantan
