Subject: Add --list=hidden-options hint to usage output

Now that the number of hidden options is similar to the number of
"regular" options, what about the attached patch?

Basically, it adds "see --list=hidden-options for even more john
options" to the usage output and makes sure this is the last line of
usage output even for GPU builds.

(I also moved the JOHN_USAGE_TAIL definition in options.c after the
JOHN_USAGE_GPU definition.)

I am not sure whether to add this to unstable or bleeding, that's why
just an attached patch instead of a pull request.

Frank
