Thanks. So if I set

JOHN_SYSTEMWIDE_EXEC = "/home/claudio/bin/john/openCL/run/john"
JOHN_SYSTEMWIDE_HOME = "/home/claudio/bin/john/openCL/run"
JOHN_SYSTEMWIDE = 1

PATH=$PATH:/home/claudio/bin/john/openCL/run
export PATH

Then move the .cl files to a new subdir and test i will assure things 
are ok?
