Subject: Patch to jumbo-bleeding

Here is a patch to jumbo-bleeding. This fixes some issues with the larger
SHA2 formats (in dynamic), and with GOST (in dynamic). There is a new
crypt type added to Dynamic. Whirlpool. It will ONLY be available at this
time, if oSSL version 1.0.0 or greater is used. I have not yet added a CTX
version of Whirlpool to JtR's codebase like I did for SHA2 crypts. However,
JtR will build fine, with an older oSSL version, you just will not get the
new Dyna_100, 101 or 102 Whirlpool formats.

It also fixes a bug in nukedclan and forced the binary() in raw-SHA_ng to be
16 byte aligned.

This should patch into the current bleeding tree, it has not been put into
git yet.

Jim.
