I was referring to the words "group work size", which many JtR formats
print right now.  I think this is a JtR'ism that we need to replace with
a proper OpenCL term.  Google web search for "group work size" finds
john-dev postings first, confirming that we're being weird.

It'd be nice to have this corrected today, before we release this stuff
as part of a -jumbo version for the first time.
