Hi Samuele,

Both raw-md4 and raw-md5 OpenCL are based on Alexander's code. So it
makes sense to use the original license, which is at
http://openwall.info/wiki/people/solar/software/public-domain-source-code/md5.
My modifications are under the same license. Thanks.
