Also re-implemented the rejection of lines starting with "#!comment" when in buffered mode. I believe IPB2 was the very last of the existing formats that should use md4/md5/sha1 intrinsics but did not. But there are still formats that would benefit from OMP support. The "magnum-jumbo" tree is now 120+ commits ahead of Jumbo-5: Perhaps it's time for a Jumbo-6?
