Please try to get an input file.  There is some strangeness in the NT
format. It has to do with dealing with the pwdump format.  In that format,
there is a non-standard field which 'could' be the NT hash (along with
another that is the LM).  That is likely where the issue is coming up, and
the prepare is building the format incorrectly.  I will look into it, but if
you can produce a couple line input file that shows the bug, that would be
helpful.
