if you want to entirely remove a package, delete /opt/$pkg, butch unlink 
$pkg, and delete the $pkg line from /var/lib/butch.db

CFLAGS ? you can use /etc/butch-optflags.sh for that. it is sourced from 
the pkgbuild template.
