Subject: Re: starting Sabotage project/booting off the hard drive
1)
I used cp -a as root and here is one line from the output to the console I
pasted into a file which is an example of what I figured were some of the
symbolic links not being copied:
cp: cannot create symbolic link
`/mnt/sabateuring/build_sabotage/share/ca-certificates/mozilla/Verisign_Class_2_Public_Primary_Certification_Authority_-_G2.crt':
Operation not permitted
2)
As I've wiped out the Debian distro on the hard drive, I'll reload it and
get a Sabotage going again in it, and you can tell me what to to do get
that directory on and booting from my hard drive instead of sorting through
fixing the mess I've created mixing and matching.
So from having a Sabotage directory working with changeroot, I'll burn it
to a CD to make sure it's cherry, and then what should I do to my hard
drive to get it primed for my Sabotage directory?
Thanks,
Will
