Yep, this server was setted up by me. There is no caveats on installing JDK/JRE on Owl, except one described by Solar. After installing JDK/JRE do a 'chstk java' and everything goes smooth :)

And what about weird three-headed JDK on that server? Ah, the Oracle is the thing in-the-box and, sometimes, I think that people developing it never know how component, which they are writting, will be incorporated into whole thing. So,...

But anyway, this is not Owl's problem. :)
