In sqlite.spec, you wrote:

What does this mean?  Is there an algorithm to produce our
sqlite-3.8.5.tar.xz from sqlite-autoconf-3080200.tar.gz?  How do I
verify that our sqlite-3.8.5.tar.xz matches upstream's code?
