I've also updated MPC, MPFR, and GMP libraries which are used by GCC.
There is a caveat with updating MPC: they bumped up their library major
number, so it order to rebuild GCC against new library one need to
preserve /usr/lib*/libmpc.so.2*, forcibly update the libmpc package,
restore libmpc.so.2*, then rebuild GCC.

I think there is no point of providing a compat package for MPC since
during upgrades both libmpc and gcc are updated in a single transaction.
