Subject: Postfix 2.11 is ready for commit

Solar,

I had to update Owl's postfix due to a request of one of my clients. So
we've got 2.11 with all ALT patches and our own.

I've regenerated ALT/Owl patches and updated some of them from ALT's
repository (for example I took their plugin support for Postfix). Other
than this the resulting package is pretty close to what we have.

Is it OK to commit?
