We're not going to choose Apache 1.3.  I think this is merely what
happened to be in Croco's LAMP, which Mesut chose to experiment with
(and that's fine).

Nikola - it's very nice to hear from you again.  It's a pity you were
not involved throughout the year.  We made very little progress as you
have noticed - only changing gcc version, but not much else.  For GSoC
2011, we ended up focusing on non-Owl projects.  Well, the kernel
hardening work that Vasiliy did _will_ benefit Owl as well, but it was
focused on mainline kernels.  For GSoC 2012, we'll see (no decision made
yet, obviously).
