Along with the glibc update, can you please introduce a new subpackage
for the UTF-8 locales?

What I did for now is:

2012/02/18	Package: glibc
Enabled building of UTF-8 locales by default (adds 6.5 MB to glibc .rpm
package size and 36 MB to installed system size on a filesystem with
4 KB blocks, unfortunately).

but I and others might want to exclude UTF-8 locales from some installs
(be able to "rpm -e" the subpackage).
