Apparently, we need tzdata-2011k or newer, but it's not yet in glibc:

These have "2009-06-15  Ulrich Drepper  Update timezone data from
tzdata2009i." as the most recent commit.

Should we update our glibc tree with newer tzdata or should we introduce
tzdata as a separate package?
