musl - can we use llvm/clang to build musl libc？

Hi,
Where I can find a latest doc on how to build musl libc with llvm/clang? I searched on internet and find one  https://wiki.musl-libc.org/building-llvm.html, but it seems a bit of old.
BTW, I hope the guide is for risc-v platform.
