Subject: [PATCH] fix clock_nanosleep error case
posix requires that EINVAL be returned if the first parameter specifies
the cpu-time clock of the calling thread (CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID).
linux returns ENOTSUP instead so we handle this.
