I guess that the major difference would be that with two main steps:

1. Download an ELLCC binary release and untar it.
2. Download the Toybox source and untar it.

You can build Toybox for arm, aarch64, i386, mips, ppc, and x86_64 just 
by changing the -target option on the make command line.
