it looks like you don't have problem with LKRG itself but with your build
environment. There is something very wrong with your set-up.  E.g.:

‘__inline’
  #define asm_inline asm __inline

This is nothing to do with LKRG but logs tells about kernel headers using asm
inline which compiler don't understand.
