Yesterday I removed the /john dir and used git clone method for a clean install. When tried to configure it, I noticed that OpenCL not supported. I checked the necessary packages as written in INSTALL-UBUNTU, also. Everything were installed. Now jtR compiled, but I had use these parameters: "./configure LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/cuda-11.0/targets/x86_64-linux/lib CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/cuda-11.0/targets/x86_64-linux/include make -sj4" without it, OpenCL not supported. Note: It was a working system before I removed the /john dir and tried to install it again. There was no problem with JtR.
