I don't know anything about the Telegram local password. Something like length, number or character...

I already did, but you need to adjust the command based on what you
recall about the password. If you want the community to provide a more
specific john command for you, you'd have to share with the community
whatever you recall about the password. For your privacy and safety,
you may replace e.g. a known substring with another substring, and then
do the reverse replacement in whatever command is provided to you.

Yes. Use the "--restore" option to resume a previously interrupted
session. You can also have multiple interrupted sessions and be able to
resume any one of those - use the "--session" option to give session
names to those in advance.
