Is it kind of bug?
Can I crack the Windows version of Telegram by "telegram2john.py" on linux? Or "telegram2john.py" on linux can crack the linux version of Telegram only?

Per what you posted previously, I assumed you have directory named
"Telegram Desktop" in the root directory of "C:". If so, running that
command when you're in the root directory of "C:" will find that
directory. If the pathname is actually different, adjust the command
accordingly - just omit the leading "C:\" and instead be in the root
directory of "C:".
Alternatively, you may edit your existing telegram.txt removing "C:\"
from there.
