those hashes come from a popular dump where millions of passwords are trimmed to 10 characters and converted to lower case.
I'm not sure the application handling user auth has/had support for those passwords, may be it can handle them but would not real users to use these special characters (hence they might be internal accounts). Not sure of anything here, sorry :)
