I added a 2nd option (at the urge of Frank), to allow the time to be 
output in UTC vs local-time. The default will be local time, but there 
is a flag added in john.conf that if set to 'true', it will then log 
output in UTC.  Again, a super easy change, and it makes a lot of sense.
