We now have OpenCL support for RIPEMD-160 + AES. For some reason 
oclHashcat is 4x faster, I'll try to improve that ASAP. SHA-512 + AES 
will be next, https://github.com/magnumripper/JohnTheRipper/issues/1344

We should add twofish support (to the CPU format as well), that should 
be trivial. Also, we currently do not support "boot" 
(http://hashcat.net/misc/example_hashes/hashcat_ripemd160_aes_boot.tc), 
I'm not sure why (might be a truecrypt2john.py issue).
