We now have OpenCL support for RIPEMD-160 + AES. For some reason oclHashcat is 4x faster, I'll try to improve that ASAP. SHA-512 + AES will be next, https://github.com/magnumripper/JohnTheRipper/issues/1344 We should add twofish support (to the CPU format as well), that should be trivial.
