With 1.8.0-jumbo-1 or newer, you should be able to load up to about 150
million raw MD5 hashes at once on a machine with 8 GB RAM.  You'll need
to avoid "single crack" and batch modes, and tweak
PASSWORD_HASH_SIZE_FOR_LDR for faster loading.  See:
