Subject: new all.lst; JtR 1.8.0 Pro for Linux

Hi,

1. I've just released a new revision of Openwall's all.lst wordlist,
with updates mostly in handling of European languages with accented
letters, and Russian.

For Russian, this is not about accents (there aren't any), but about
providing this portion of the wordlist in UTF-8 (in addition to koi8-r
and windows-1251, which were in there before), as well as transliterated
(in multiple ways) and keyboard-mapped (for passwords typed on a QWERTY
keyboard with typical Cyrillic layout, without switching to Cyrillic).

You may download the updated all.lst as all.gz from:

	http://download.openwall.net/pub/wordlists/

and soon from similar directory paths on the mirrors:

	http://www.openwall.com/mirrors/

It contains 5,014,869 entries, 55 MB uncompressed, 12.6 MB compressed
(with "pigz -11").

2. I've also just released the non-free John the Ripper 1.8.0 Pro for
Linux, finally.  (The free 1.8.0 and 1.8.0-jumbo-1 were released earlier.)

John the Ripper Pro is primarily about easier installation via native
packages (in this case, RPM) along with automatic detection and use of
processor architecture extensions (such as AMD XOP and Intel AVX) and
now also of multiple CPU cores.  With free versions, some of the tuning
happens at compile-time, whereas Pro supplies multiple binary builds
instead (and the most suitable build is used automatically).

And indeed it is about supporting the project financially.
