Are these merely one round of SHA2(password.salt) with output in base64 or is there more to it? Does anyone know of an RFC or other document with specifications?

I can't find any complete [with known password] sample hashes from the links in the original posts. At the very least we would need a couple of known good samples. Can you supply any?
