Anyhow, this run should complete in a little over 1 day. Perhaps you can just keep it going? Is this your own build or one you downloaded? Which cygwin1.dll? I ask because Cygwin upstream's is problematic with OpenMP (may deadlock) - we use a binary-patched one in our .zip. Alexander
