Are you saying the following would be a complete set for x86 Linux (and all built with either linux-x86-64i or linux-x86-sse2i): john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-Linux-x86-32.tar.gz john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-Linux-x86-64.tar.gz john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-omp-Linux-x86-32.tar.gz john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-omp-Linux-x86-64.tar.gz Or are you saying just make the omp builds and that is it (all built with either linux-x86-64i or linux-x86-sse2i). So, a complete set would be: john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-omp-Linux-x86-32.tar.gz john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-omp-Linux-x86-64.tar.gz Maybe all should be named with an x86i, like john-1.7.9-jumbo-5-omp-Linux-x86i-64.tar.gz? I assume making the omp builds by just un-commenting the line "#OMPFLAGS = -fopenmp -msse2" Thanks -Robert B. I've mirrored these to: http://download.openwall.net/pub/projects/john/contrib/linux/ and I updated the version info at: http://www.openwall.com/john/#contrib You could want to start making OpenMP-enabled builds as well (call the binary "john-omp", like it is done in the Windows builds now), and to use the -x86-64i make target (with the "i") when building jumbo.
