Yes, please add all of these Windows benchmarks to the wiki.  There are
very few Windows benchmarks currently on the wiki, so I think it is
desirable to have these.  They show just how much the 32-bit code is
slower, especially when it comes to DES with OpenMP (so the C compiler
has to generate the code, which it does relatively poorly with so few
registers).
