Subject: PHPS MD5 [MD5(MD5($pass).$salt)) syntaxe of the passlist ?

My version of JTR is able to crack MD5[MD5(MD5($pass).$salt)].

Benchmarking: PHPS MD5 [MD5(MD5($pass).$salt)]... DONE
Many salts:	2657K c/s real, 2684K c/s virtual
Only one salt:	1295K c/s real, 1322K c/s virtual

What is the format used in the pass list ?
 user:hash:salt ?
 user hash salt ?
 user(tab)hash(tab)salt ?
 others ?

 thanks.

 W.A.
