JTR with the Jumbo Patch (see www.openwall.com/john) only supports  
Domino hashes for Lotus Domino 5 and 6 that are of the following forms:

Lotus 5 - username:CD2D90E8E00D8A2A63A81F531EA8A9A3
Lotus 6 - RubasznyJan:(GrixoFHOckC/2CnHrHtM)

These hashes can be found in the names.nsf file of poorly configured  
domino servers.  I am not sure what is in the User.id file.
