You may get some French and German wordlists which include the 8-bit
characters from my wordlists collection:

	http://www.openwall.com/wordlists/

(follow the link to FTP mirrors at the bottom of that web page if you
don't want to pay).

You may also use the "8bit" external mode from the older posting that
I've mentioned above.
