I ended up listing the new patches as follows:

- Improved raw MD5 and Post.Office MD5 support for 1.6.39, by David Luyer

- Lotus Domino salted hashes support for 1.6.39, by regenrecht and bartavelle

I've also added Erik Winkler's updated jumbo patch (john-1.6.39-all-2.diff)
which includes these two patches.
