Accomplishments:
1. Add more test vectors

Priorities:
1. Test every index with --test-full, and merge it into jumbo.
2. Detect benchmark_length errors.
3. Improve --test-full option.
3.1 Improve the detection of FMT_* flags. Detect
FMT_SPLIT_UNIFIES_CASE.
3.2 Handle formats which allows false positives.
3.3 Combine self-test and benchmark.
4. Testing without SIMD, and different SIMD

5. Figure out which C standard we want, document it, convert to it.
