Hello,

Accomplishments:

1. Identify improperly set or missing FMT_* flags.
   Identify some flags within --test-full option, such as
   FMT_8_BIT, FMT_CASE.

   Support dynamic and all the formats.

   Find one problem by cracking max passwords at the same time with
   Oracle12C. Detailed description is below:

Priorities:

1. Improve --test-full option.

1.1 Improve the detection of FMT_* flags.

   Detect new FMT_* flags.
   Avoid wrong detections.

1.2 Handle formats which allows false positives.
1.3 Combine self-test and benchmark.

2. Figure out which C standard we want, document it, convert to it.
