Accomplishments:

1. Merge the --fuzz option into bleeding-jumbo.

Add --fuzz as an optional for jumbo.

2. Identify improperly set or missing FMT_* flags. (not finished)

Have not found bugs by now.

3. Discuss coding style and create README.coding-style

Priorities:

1. Identify improperly set or missing FMT_* flags.
   Identify some flags within --test-full option, such as
   FMT_8_BIT, FMT_CASE.

2. Improve --test-full option.

2.1 Support dynamic and all the formats.
2.2 Handle formats which allows false positives.
2.3 Combine self-test and benchmark.

3. Figure out which C standard we want, document it, convert to it.
